Getting around the site
Please read this carefully as it will explain how to navigate your way around the site.
Unfortunately at this stage of development the site is quite complicated when it comes to payment and booking. This is mainly because I have built the site myself and it is not designed to handle a huge number of students. It is a personalised site so for the moment I ask you to be patient until I can get the right integrations built to make it easier.
The site uses four different applications to organise your registration, payments, booking classes and Zoom.
This is to keep your personal data totally secure and to provide consumer protection in case something goes wrong.
WE DO NOT ACCESS OR RETAIN ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
We do keep basic date, name, address, phone and email so that we can contact you and this can be deleted on request instantly.

To register or login click on Login on the top menu or click on the little icon on the top right side before the shopping cart.
Select a unique screen name or use your own name – it’s up to you, then your email and password.
You can use either the screen name or email to login.
You will be taken to the ‘My account” dashboard. If not use the login menu and click on the my account in the pull down menu.
It is quite important to fill in your name and address etc as this will speed up registration. You can use either the account details for this or address.
If you use the address button, you will be taken to a Billing address page. Click the Blue “Edit” link. This will allow you to fill in the billing address for your credit card and for your personal data.
That’s it you are done.
I use PayPal for both PayPal payments or credit card payment. I know this is awkward but it provides you with absolute security of your details _ I receive nothing except your name and payment details. It also provides you with consumer protection in case something goes wrong.
Go to order a class page. You can see the different types of class payment structures. Either single class or multiple classes. On the right side of your screen you will see a blue menu. Click on the currency symbol to convert (approximately) the cost of each class to your currency to get an estimate in local currency.
You will be charged in US $ but I am working on changing this so that your card will be charge in your local currency. Very soon I hope.
The click add to cart. Then click View Cart.
You will be taken to the payment page. The proceed to check out.
You will see a yellow PayPal logo under the proceed to checkout button.
If this Yellow button has your email address in it, it means you are a return client and this will speed up the process. simply click and you will betaken to the PayPal check out approval procedure using the same details as before. ( We don’t have these details PayPal keeps them).
If you have bnot ordered before then you click the blue button and will be taken to the checkout page. If the form is not filled in with your billing address please fill it in – sorry about that.
You can then Click on the yellow button if you have a PayPal account and want to use it or the black credit card button.
If you do not have a Paypal account Pay[pal will ask you to open one at this screen selecting an email address and password. This costs nothing and your future payments will be much quicker. You can also use it for many other things. It keeps your data secure and protects your payments.
Once registered you will then be able to fill in your credit card details and approve the payment.
You will then be taken back to our site to your payment details.
You will receive an email telling the payment is being processed. When I receive an email telling me the payment has been received, I then approve your payment and you will receive an email with details. PayPal should also send you a receipt.
You are done.
I am sorry for the extra steps in setting this up but it protects you and means I do not have to worry about people trying to hack in to my system to get your details.
In your payment confirmation email you will receive a link to the booking calendar. Please click on this link. It is the only way you can access the booking form.
You will be taken to a page where you can book your class. Please note that the booking times are in Local Bali time not your time. I will work on changing this as soon as I can ( it’s harder than you could imagine!).
There is a time converter on your left side. Enter the date and time you want to book in your local time and it will show you my time.
In the calendar select the date, and click on the appropriate time slot, enter your email and you are done.
You will receive an email confirming that you have made a booking. When it is approved you will receive another email. Please keep this email as it will also contain the link to your video class. Without it and the password you cannot enter the class.
If you delete it you can email me and I will resent it. Also check on your My Account Dashboard as I am working on putting the link in there as well.
You will need the password to enter the class. It is very simple but necessary.
Try to get there early to prepare.
You will see on the page you are taken to with the link and option to join the Zoom class via the Zoom app if you have it installed or via your browser. Select which is most convenient for you.
Finally you are at your class. You will have received the video page link and when you click on the link you will see the time remain until the class starts and other details.
You will see at the bottom a choice of either joining via your browser or direct via the Zoom App if you have it installed. It is up to you to decided which is best.
If you are more than 10 minutes late the meeting will be closed. A notice will be at the bottom of the Right hand side bar.
This means you have missed the class and have lost both your booking and your payment unless you contact me and provide a reason for missing. Re-scheduling may be possible. Refund for this – no so much.

FAQ
Can I book a single class
Yes of course, all classes are changed as signle classes to make it easy. You can pay for more in advance if you choose but you should arrange this with thYour Tutor.
Do I have to be fluent to join the classes
In general you should be at Intermediate or advanced level. Our Mission is to take you from being a good English speaker to being a great one with real confidence. Your Tutor will advise you on this in the intrroduction video class.
What class should I choose.
Choosing a class is simple. Select the topic closest to what you wish to achieve. You can discuss this with your Tutor at the class and design the classes, you wish to pursue. This is a flexible personalised system so we will work out the details and keep working on then until you are satisfied.
Do I need to book regular classes to follow a course.
No – you can book your class at any time you wish when the slots are available. You can also arrange to have a number of regular classes booked in advance but payment for all classes should also be paid in advance. Talk to your Tutor in the introduction class.
What happens if I am not satisfied with a class.
If you are not satisfied with a class, just let us know and why. We do not get into any disputes. YOu tell us you are unhappy and we snd your money back – no questions asked. However, we use Paypal as our payment gateway for Cridet/debit cards. This gives you protection with them. Getting a refund through them can be a long process. If you have a Paypal account we’ll send your money back within minutes of receiving your email. If it’s a credit/debit card, we’ll arrange with Paypal for an immediate refund. If that takes too long just tell us and we’ll work it out.
Can I cancel a booking.
Cancellations must be made 12 hours before the class. This gives us time to open the slot for other students to take. If you cancel less than 12 hours ahead we cannot refund your money as the slot cannot be filled in the time remaining. If you are more than 15 minutes late for. a class the class will also be canceled and we cannot refund your fees. If a tutor is more than 10 minutes late, you will be giving either a class credit or a refund. If he is less than 10 minutes late the time will be added to the end of the class to give you the full 1 hour.
How many classes do I have to take.
This depends on what you want to achieve, how well you progress in each class and you can decide how many you want to take. There are no obligations 1 class or 100 it is entirely up to you. You pay class by class so it is your choice. You can take classes whenever you like as long as there is a slot open.
Do I get a certificate.
We can provide a certificate to show that you have completed a certain number of classes and an evaluation of your skill level. This is not an accredited certificate as we are a tuition site not a registered school. Many employers will recognise the difference and understand that informal tuition is of immense value to real life conversation.
